Oltre a "Chandelier", singolo di lancio dell'album (nonché migliore produzione dello stesso), spiccano tra le altre "Fire Meet Gasoline" (potente e coinvolgente), "Burn the Pages" (più fresca e radiofonica), "Free the Animal" (pop ed energica).
La cantante australiana ha deciso di puntare tutto sulla propria voce, decidendo di non mostrare più il suo viso in pubblico (né sulla copertina dell'album, né nelle diverse esibizioni per promuovere i singoli), il che rende il suo personaggio decisamente alternativo. Mossa, però, non veramente necessaria quando per far parlare di sé basterebbe la qualità delle sue produzioni.

The Australian singer has decided to stake everything on his own voice, decideding don't show her face in public (neither on the cover of the album, nor in several exhibitions to promote the singles), which makes her character much alternative.
Move, however, not really necessary for an artist with her quality.

Si tratta di una cover, riarrangiata in chiave dance, di un brano dei Righeira del 1986.
La canzone è certamente orecchiabile, ma forse non adatta ad essere rilasciata come singolo.
I motivi sono diversi: innanzitutto perché il brano è poco rappresentativo dello stile elettronico del cd; in secondo luogo, in "Syria10" ci sono certamente pezzi più radiofonici ed interessanti, tra tutti "È Tutto Chiaro" in collaborazione con Katerfrancers (ma anche "Come stai" o "Squalo"), che potrebbero rilanciare le sorti di un album bello e fuori dagli schemi, ma che (per ora) non è riuscito a far presa sul pubblico (la posizione massima raggiunta nella classifica FIMI è stata la 78esima), nonostante un singolo di lancio, "Odiare", molto potente.

La canzone è allegra e radiofonica, soprattutto nell'energico ritornello, anche se, tra le canzoni contenute in "Senza Paura" sarebbero state forse più adatti come singoli estivi pezzi più dance come "Perfetto" e "La mia stanza".

The song is cheerful and radio, especially in the energetic chorus, even if, among the songs of her last album "Senza Paura", probably dance songs as "Perfetto" or "La mia stanza", from her last album "Senza Paura", would be more adapt as summer singles.
Mika, che sin dagli esordi ha dato prova di grande capacità artistica, ha lanciato sul mercato un nuovo singolo, "Boum Boum Boum", che probabilmente sarà inserito nel nuovo lavoro discografico per il quale è attualmente in studio.
Interamente in francese, si tratta di una canzoncina piacevole da ascoltare, ma che non sarà ricordata tra le hit di Mika, nè tra i suoi singoli migliori. Il testo è molto frivolo e musicalmente non spicca per originalità (sembra quasi lo stacchetto di "Veline"...).
Da un artista con la sua voce, la sua creatività e quella verve, ci si aspetta molto (ma molto!) di più. Probabilmente per farsi perdonare, però, il cantante libanese è protagonista di un video originale e ben fatto, in cui interpreta il ruolo di un play boy di altri tempi.

Testi e musiche ricercate caratterizzano "A passi piccoli", l'album di esordio di Michele Bravi. La qualità del cd è sostenuta da importanti firme. Tra tutte spiccano la mano di Giorgia, che ha scritto "In bilico", pezzo intenso che apre il cd, quella di Federico Zampaglione che ha firmato la commovente "Sotto una buona stella" (già conosciuta dal grande pubblico come colonna sonora del film omonimo), e quella di Tiziano Ferro, che oltre ad aver composto "La vita e la felicità", inedito presentato già durante "X Factor", ha scritto per il giovane cantante umbro "Non aver paura mai".
Nonostante Michele Bravi sia molto intonato, non sempre riesce ad essere convincente. Ciò è dovuto, in larga misura, a due fattori: in primis la giovane età, che lo rende (ahimè) poco credibile quando parla di amori finiti, intense delusioni o promesse in eterno, e, in secondo luogo, la voce, pulita, ma non ancora del tutto matura.

Despite Michele Bravi is very in tune, not always he is able to be convincing. This is due, in large part, to two factors: first the young age, which makes it (alas) not credible when he talks about love gone, intense delusions or promises forever, and, secondly, the voice, clean, but not yet fully mature.

Ha vinto la scorsa edizione di "X Factor" ed è sparito per un po'. Il giovanissimo Michele Bravi torna sulla scena musicale con "Un giorno in più", canzone che anticipa "A piccoli passi", album che uscirà il prossimo 10 giugno.
Il cd, prodotto da Michele Canova, vedrà diverse canzoni portare firme eccellenti: da Giorgia a Luca Carboni, da Tiziano Ferro ai Tiromancino.
Il brano è intenso e radiofonico, soprattutto nel middle8. Racconta di un amore ad ostacoli, della fine di un rapporto, che però riesce a continuare "a distanza", grazie ad un sentimento che non si è esaurito e che, anzi, chiede del tempo per far tornare le cose come erano una volta.
Le considerazioni da fare sono diverse.
Certamente il brano è toccante e Michele Bravi riesce ad interpretarlo in maniera convincente.
In vista dell'estate, forse, e dopo un singolo di esordio molto impegnativo ("La vita e la felicità", scritto da Tiziano Ferro) non sarebbe stato così male far tornare il cantante sulla scena musicale con un pezzo più leggero, non necessariamente frivolo. A prescindere da ciò, il comeback è comunque promosso.

The song is intense and very adapt for the radio, especially in its middle8. It tells of a love story ended but that, due to feeling that continues to exist, it could return to live with a bit 'of time.
There are different considerations to do: obviously the song is touching and Michele Bravo is able to interpret it in a convincing way.
But, probably, in view of the summer, and after a very challenging debut single ("La vita e la felicità" written by Tiziano Ferro) it would not have been so bad if the singer comeback on music scene with a lighter song, not necessarily frivolous. Apart from that , the comeback is promoted.

La canzone anticipa l'uscita dell'album “Ultraviolence” di cui non si conosce ancora la data di rilascio.
Il brano sembra un collage di due canzoni: una compone le strofe, l'altra il ritornello. C'è, infatti, una vera e propria interruzione tra le due parti.
Le strofe, più blues, ma sempre dark, lasciano lo spazio ad un ritornello pacato, quasi volutamente rallentato, che rievoca il suono di un vecchio carillon.
Anche il video musicale, interamente in bianco e nero, che è ambientato in California e che è stato diretto da Vincent Haycock, riprende questa ripartizione.
Nelle strofe vediamo Lana su una spiaggia californiana passeggiare con Barrie-James O'Neill, suo fidanzato nella vita reale, mentre nel ritornello la ritroviamo a bordo di un'automobile guidata da un uomo misterioso, visibilmente più adulto.
Negli ultimi 30 secondi del video, in un montaggio davvero molto amatoriale, vediamo la cantante newyorkese ardere in un fuoco colorato, con addosso un vestito rosso.
Il ritorno sulla scena musicale di Lana Del Rey è decisamente interessante.
Dopo "Born to Die", album che l'ha portata al successo, è riuscita ad tornare sulla scena musicale con un singolo che, pur mantenendo le atmosfere un po' cupe che hanno caratterizzato tutta la sua produzione, è assolutamente diverso da quanto proposto fino ad ora.
Promossa a pieni voti, quindi, la canzone, anche grazie alla produzione di Dan Auerbach (Black Eyed Peas); appena sufficiente il video, troppo semplice e a tratti amatoriale.

The verses, more blues, but always dark, leave space to a calm, almost deliberately slowed down, chorus calm, which evokes the sound of an old music box.
Even the music video, entirely in black and white, which is set in California and was directed by Vincent Haycock, echoes this division.
In the verses we can see Lana on a Californian beach walking with Barrie-James O'Neill, her boyfriend, while in the chorus we find the singer in a car driven by a mysterious adult man.
In the last 30 seconds of the video, with a montage very very amateurish, we can see the American singer burn in a colored fire, wearing a red dress.
The return on the musical scene of Lana Del Rey is very interesting.
After "Born to Die", successful album, she came back on the musical scene with a single that on one side maintaines the dark atmosphere that characterized all her work, but, on another side, it's absolutely different from what was proposed since now. Top marks, then, for the song, thanks to the production of Dan Auerbach (Black Eyed Peas) too; but the music video is just satisfactory. It's too simple and sometimes amateurish.

E' stato pubblicato sulla pagina Vevo di Sia il video ufficiale di "Chandelier", brano che anticipa l'uscita di "1000 forms of fear", sesto album studio della cantante australiana.
Nonostante la canzone sia bella, profonda, melodica, intensa, piena di pathos, il videoclip è un po' deludente. Protagonista del video è Maddie Zeigler, bambina dalle indiscutibili doti artistiche, che danza all'interno di una casa cupa e vuota in maniera energica e sinuosa.
Il clip si riallaccia poco o nulla al brano ed è abbastanza noioso e ripetitivo.
Anche le riprese sembrano abbastanza amatoriali e tolgono un po' di valore ad un brano che invece riesce a conquistare sin dal primo ascolto.
Il video è stato registrato a Los Angeles è stato diretto da Daniel Askill e dalla stessa Sia, che ormai da tempo non compare più nei propri videoclip.
Molto più bello il lyric video, rilasciato 4 settimane fa, decisamente più aderente al contenuto della canzone.

The video is not linked to the song and it's almost boring and repetitive. Also the shooting look quite amateur; this way the song is not at all valorized.
